My ink cartridge is going out, so the barcode wouldn't scan, but the tracking number was plainly legible so you could just type it in to the system. The store refused to take it, lying that the UPS Driver had to be able to scan it, even though they have to type it in when labels get damaged in transit anyway. On top of that, they won't print a new one anymore, that bow costs $4. And no, not $4 for the label and ink materials, because those are provided for free from corporate, which I just found out from calling them. No, the fee is an email fee, because email apparently costs money to send now. And it's not UPS that sets this either, as it is free company wide, but any fees such as those are set by the franchise owner. I will not be using UPS in this area any longer due to this since it is likely the same person whom owns them all. I can't believe this.
