  usually pretty good as I do frequent business at this location. But there are times where the staff is wildly incompetent and rude. My carrier indicated it was delivered to this location, but the staff is so slow, they "haven't scanned it in" their system yet. I have to come back later to pick up my package due to their ineptitude. Highly unprofessional. What is the point of even using this service if I can't pickup a package I am waiting for?

  Been a Patron since 2009 with the Fort Hood St Store. The past 4 days the office has been unable to be reached due to a system issue they are having. They do not respond timely to emails sent over. Only one email has been received from the team. All I want is a solution presented to how myself and the other customers are able to get their mail delivered via forwarding service. It’s just disheartening and disappointing the level of service that store has come down too. Hopefully the owners can reach out to everyone affected and publicly apologize for their franchised location being trash.

  They were very helpful and helped me build a box and printed my shipping label for me. Very friendly customer service.

  only done business with them twice and i’m in and out maybe three minutes tops no complaints from my buyers I hope it stays this way.

  They're in there stealing and mislabeling packages 🤷🏾‍♀️. Go to another store… They sent Nike some doorknobs, and they denied my return. Now my kids don’t have their shoes, and I am out $200. Management is acting as if it isn’t their fault and doesn't want to help. And I called the 800 number, and they said they couldn't contact the store. The store did nothing 🤷🏾‍♀️…
