They explained the file may have been to big, so they will break up your documents in separate emails, so if you have a deadline you need to reach and the email does not send , they will not give you a refund even it issue was a lack of customer service on there end, store policy. I was charged $7 for one email , my question is so if the email is split into two, Will I be charged twice now? Store #2246 may need a policy review.
