- AGAlex GonzalezDec 24, 20251.0Been a Patron since 2009 with the Fort Hood St Store. The past 4 days the office has been unable to be reached due to a system issue they are having. They do not respond timely to emails sent over. Only one email has been received from the team. All I want is a solution presented to how myself and the other customers are able to get their mail delivered via forwarding service. It’s just disheartening and disappointing the level of service that store has come down too. Hopefully the owners can reach out to everyone affected and publicly apologize for their franchised location being trash.
