  I dont recommend this place to any respect human being they started off decent my first year beginning of 2024 was able to sustain a steady job for 6 months with people working for moving company and afterwards i was still steady until this year started they have been canceling all my jobs recently this summer i was only able to work 1 job only because the job needed 30+labor workers so basically I've been outta of work for months and when i called about all the cancellations they said it was someones else's job but remind you it wasn't just one nor two jobs canceled it was at least 4 in a row cancel jobs and i guess she got frustrated wirh me asking questions about how things work she hung up in my face and they refused to update my background check aswell told me the system was down first and called a second time lady said she will call me back never did i called today and told them to just take me out the system i wipe my hands

  Signed up months ago … jobs seem to be non existent, never any jobs on the map. I used to call the office & was always told “we’ll call you back with an opening” Never got any calls.. but one thing i will say.. staff seems friendly / helpful but the company just doesn’t offer enough work 🤷🏾‍♂️

  Branch manager was VERY VERY VERY RUDE and terminated my account when I told her I was dissatisfied with the lack of jobs they provide within a specific time frame and told me not to call back again. I have had an account with these people for a while now and never had any issue yet she feels like disabling my account is logical you are power tripping lady! Instead of doing that why not help create a solution for me? Very unprofessional! People have bills due I wouldn’t be calling if I didn’t need help/work. Easily one of the worst managers I have ever spoke with, no customer service skills and hung up on me 3x. But then again this is a temp agency, what should I expect? God will humble you!

  Terrible customer service everytime you call your directed too go on hold for 10 minutes plus everytime you call back they same thing please hold when they do answer they swear they’ll put you on this call back list when something comes and they never do they might as well just shut this place down and let a better staffing agency serve Texas this one sucks.
