- SSSkyOct 30, 20251.0Came in to return a package and got an offsetting vibe from the lady today @ 10:37am. Made it seem as if I was judging her for her appearance. I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see as I told her. Mind you I never done with a return before with FedEx so I wasn’t sure of the process. As I told her that I couldn’t see she proceeded to tell me “that’s not what it’s about” and chuckles. I was so confused and felt uncomfortable don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. Weird first impression of the place.

Firstly, major major kudos to my Asian mixed cousin(we aren't related but he's mixed with Asian like I am)that works there who on Saturday tried to help me but the system was acting up and customers were starting to pile up. I didn't want to hog all of his time with my expensive item so I let him know since the system was defaulting to Tuesday I could just come back on Monday when the system was fresh and we could do it then for over night so it would get there at that time anyways and he could take care of customers. I told him how much I needed insurance for and needed a box and so him and I got my item ready to ship with address details and insurance amount required. Not once though did he state that FedEx only insures high dollar items to 1k. I do not fault him for this because even if it did come up then we could have discussed options and it would have been fine. Today, Monday the Saturday rep wasn't working but a little dude with Crack energy who couldn't care less. I took the box that was so neatly wrapped by the other rep and ended up taking my item to UPS Store whom I left an incredibly positive review. I didn't wanna wait until the other gentleman I worked with Saturday came in to work as I didn't know if he would be on shift or not. All I can say is there's more than one way to skin a cat but options weren't feasible and this gentleman this morning couldn't care less. His attitude was flippant and thanks to him I guess I'll always be doing business with the competitor since they had the services I needed plus able to overnight at 10k insured. As for the guy I talked to on Saturday, keep up the amazing work and I wish nothing but success for your cousin. She's killing the tat game for sure!
