- VMVictor MejiaFeb 18, 20261.0Recently had an order stop updating, I wonder how long they'll wait before they tell me it's missing. Sad part is, it's a recurring med subscription that would never go to Kilgore, however this time it did, and now it's lost.

Also my mail delivery lady is a total sweetheart. She handles the County roads near Crossroads United Methodist Church. Such amazing humans!
- LPLee ParkerDec 7, 20251.0I got my son some shoes for Christmas and your mail carrier crammed about a third of the shoebox into my mailbox instead of leaving them on the porch directly in front of the house. The rest of the box was left hanging out of the front. Once I opened the package I see that the walls on the lower half of the box were ripped in all the corners and were basically flattened. From now on when I get an Amazon package I'll be sure to verify it will deliver on a weekday so whoever handles Sunday deliveries won't get anywhere near my things. I'd say more but I have to tape up a Christmas present.
- RORick OakesSep 18, 20251.0Impossible to get anything accomplished with this branch. Have been trying for over a month to get mail delivered to my house. Have followed all steps given. Received mail for a few days and once again mail is no longer being delivered. It is being held at post office with no hold on account. No one including post master can apparently figure this out. Office is also very acoustic and when the people from upfront go to get a supervisor or post master, customers at the counter can hear them say “tell them I’m not here”.
