I’ve ordered packages through Amazon to be delivered to a home I’ve inherited, but because we don’t have a PO Box, they will not deliver them. I’m living in the house, just bring me my things like UPS or FEDEX would. No. Instead, they are returning them to Amazon. Unreal. You could at least hold them at the office for me so I could come get them. And of course, no one answers the phone. You’re wasting my time, taxpayer money and adding more exhaust into the air. I’m so beyond frustrated and disappointed. Thanks for nothing.

Amazing how much info they have if u need to pay them for service but the minite you need to close an account or be refunded, 0 help, 0 info, 0 customer service.
