My dtr went down to pick up her packages last Saturday 01/30/26. A Hispanic postal lady told her that she did not have time to get her packages because others were waiting in line. Postal worker said leave your name and number and she would call her to pick up our packages. Soooo when do we just start leaving our name and number and wait for them to call us?
Take Note my husband left notice (filled out paperwork) for our packages to be kept there. My dtr and i drove back. I waited in line and she told me as soon as she heard my name that she did not have time to look for my packages. I told her that she kept my claim ticket, she had no intention of returning call. I wanted my packages! She said I wasn't going to recieve them. By this time I requested to see her supervisor as well as being mad! I was asked to step out of line, I said no I want my packages, the postal worker threatened to call the police department on me! I told her to call them and call her supervisor as well!
She went to the back after I stepped back and another customer came up, she yelled whats your name? Heck she had my paper she kept my address, I yelled back at her and she said that's not the name but correct address. I yelled my son in laws name and yes I would be picking them up. We has 13 packages there. She handed me 4, would not look for the others that were scanned in that morning because we were notified.
I left then turned around and went back. No one else was in the lobby, I told this postal worker that my husband filled out a form that none of our packages were to be placed in the mail carrier and were to be picked up here. She said okay,I said we have more packages in the back, she told me that's all she was going to give me and threaten me with the police again. I told her this: Dont threaten if your going to do it then do it. She went to the back and stayed.
So my husband went yesterday Monday to pick up 18 packages. Same woman there, as soon as she heard the last name, she asked him? Did your wife come here Saturday? My husband replied yes. The Postal worker told my husband"your wife is rude!"
My husband told her let's back up here, my dtr came up here to get our packages, then my wife tried . If you would have done your job none of that would have happened!! Her supervisor was there and heard this conversation. He helped gather the packages. She even gave us a package to one of our nieghbors,my husband walked it back in and returned it. Now I would like to file a complaint on this female postal worker who does not apparently want to do her job!!! All of us has to wait in line and our turn and we have the right to our packages. She needs suspension or something but she dont need to work with the public!!!

The post master of this post office is of poor moral quality. She doesn't follow thru with complaints and she refuses to resolve problems herself. Don't ask her to deliver a package....she doesn't do that either. This is not how a federal employee should act or be seen. Rise above. Do better. Have some pride. This behavior is unacceptable.
