Left me a note saying that I had certified mail that needed a signature but they didn't even try to come to the door (we have a ring camera and I was home). I called a scheduled to pick it up from the post office the following day. We arrive and they can find it. After waiting for over an hour they inform me that the carrier took it back out on their route and to come back the next day. Come back the next day, they still can't find it. They try calling the carrier for our route and he doesn't have it either. The manager says he will keep looking and call me with an update. No call. I go back and after waiting an hour the manager tells me the carrier accidentally put it in the outgoing mail pile and it is headed to their distribution center but they would send it back to Keller when it showed that it hasn't been delivered yet. He will call me when it moves on its way there. No call. 3 days later I get a notification that it returned to sender. The sender was the State of Missouri and I have no way to get ahold of them to tell them that I didn't reject it and I do in fact live at that address. How are you the postal service and can't deliver or locate a single piece of mail that the sender paid extra to send certified? I am livid.

This place is just horrible it has such bad service with the workers been rude. When you ask questions they always answer bad rudely. This is the second time that it has happened. I took in a package since Friday morning before 10:00 am and was told if it’s just drop off to put on the counter. It’s Monday today and my package hasn’t been Scanned yet. Does it take this long to get scanned and show shipping details?
