This place is just horrible it has such bad service with the workers been rude. When you ask questions they always answer bad rudely. This is the second time that it has happened. I took in a package since Friday morning before 10:00 am and was told if it’s just drop off to put on the counter. It’s Monday today and my package hasn’t been Scanned yet. Does it take this long to get scanned and show shipping details?

I don't understand how they have such a low review score, but my experience with this post office has been great. I was concerned about a few packages still showing "Pre Transit" after I saw them get picked up by my carrier the day prior. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman who, despite the fact all I was able to do was provide him a single tracking number, put me on a brief hold to actually go and talk to the carrier. THEY BOTH were nice enough to put me at ease by saying they could confirm that my packages were safe, and just waiting to be scanned at the dock. He could have just as easily blew me off, but no, he went out of his way to try and help put me at ease. The carrier also recalled my pickup, which to me is amazing, considering how many parcels she handles daily. I really feel that if you just treat people the way you want to be treated, you'll often get the same in return. Too many people will just call up with an attitude, sarcastic, rude, and unwilling to even consider what that person has already been going through or dealing with that day. Then, when they get that same energy back, they want to complain and throw a fit. These folks do a LOT, they work HARD, and I'm very thankful they still took the time to be so nice and helpful to me. Thank you Keller USPS!!!

If you are selling on eBay and using eBay standard envelope shipping, the guy at the counter will discourage you from using the eBay standard envelope shipping by claiming the envelope doesn't bend far enough if using a cardboard envelope and says you need to use ground advantage for an envelope that is less than 1/4" thickness even if the requirements listed on the eBay agreement with USPS are sufficient. They claim that the recipient will need to pay extra in shipping to pick up the envelope. Don't do service with USPS, they make it more difficult than it needs to be.
