He had to call someone from the back even though she had seen a line going out the door. Right before Christmas is an obvious busy time and especially around lunch. There is no excuse for other workers to not be assisting. Eventually a lady came up to help at the counter, begrudgingly. I hope that lady has to go to the dmv in the near future and its line is worse than what she's let build up here.

I’ve been shipping out my Poshmark packages for quite some time now at the Keller location and I have never once had an issue with them losing a package. In fact, my packages usually begin tracking within 24 hours! Even during busy seasons. I did not have the same experience at the Southlake location. They have lost 2 of my packages now and I’ve only been into that location twice. So, I think there’s something to be said about the Keller post office. They are hard workers! This location gets very busy (as opposed to Southlake) and I am always acknowledged when dropping off my packages. No, I don’t always get a giant smile at the front door, but they are always kind. I think we should be giving our post office workers here some grace, as they are working a stressful job. Especially during the busier times. Moral of the review, I appreciate this location and its kind workers!
