  I usually only go to these places when I have an Amazon return. And the take it. Just show them the QR code and they print you the receipt. Your done that simple.

  I have had nothing but the worst experience going into this store on more than one occasion. Just before Halloween I went in the store and I tried to mail packages to an army base which apparently the staff was either not trained on how to do or their computer systems do not do. I have mailed out to the Army many of times through different mailing services and had absolutely no issues. Today I went to mail a personal package to my daughter in Colorado where there were multiple items including undergarments. I understand everything must be weighed to decide prices but they left it on the scale after I paid the due and then continue to help five more customers while leaving said items on scale. I paid $45 and when I asked if I could watch them box them because they still had not they carried him to a back room. I again said may I please watch them box my belongings because there was also small pieces to a child's toy that's when they told me that is where they box things. Again I have mailed things out many of times and never had this many problems asking somebody to box something that I'm paying to be mailed out in front of me. I was told that it is because there was customers in the store however I did wait off to the side until there were no customers to ask for this to be done. I don't normally leave negative posts because I was in Customer Service for years and know that sometimes we all have bad days but this is two times in a row with utter disregard to helping the customer. I can guarantee this much it will be the very last time that I go to the store I don't care how close it is to my house.

  I do not recommend their notary services. The notary service charges are posted and state $10 for the document and $1 for each additional signature. I have used their notary services for years and this is how I was charged. Today the manager, Alex, informed me it would be $10 for each signature. Neither the manager nor the owner, Patel, were willing to honor their posted notary service fees. I do not recommend this store for any services they provide.

  The worst notary experience ever. I have used their notary services for years and have been charged $10 for the notary of a deed and $1 for each additional signature. Today’s visit they inform me that I will be charged $10 per signature even though they only had to verify me once. Both the Manager and owner were not willing to honor their notary pricing that clearly states one document $10 and each additional signature $1. I do not recommend this store for any services especially notary services.
