- ASabraham sigalaJan 23, 20261.0My job scheduled me here for fingerprints through First Advantage. I got there 10 min before my scheduled appt, and someone was just checking in. Which made no sense to me because the appts were spaced out every 30 min. But any ways, I waited, I thought to myself, I have done this before so it should only take 10 min each. I witnessed how the person doing his fingerprints was struggling with the machine and he was left alone several times. No one from UPS to help him, then ultimately when they did help him, they put him on the phone with someone from customer service. He was now struggling to hold the phone with his head while trying to leave his fingerprints. All of this was new to me because at the previous places where I have done the fingerprints, a person has hold my hand since no one, other than the employees, is familiar with how sensitive the machine is. The person finally finished after 35+ minutes and when it was my turn, same story. Exact same issues and ended up spending a total of more than an hour at that location. Guess what, despite being told the fingerprints were good to go, I have just received a message saying they need to be retaken. SMH
