- ACAlexandra Contreras6 days ago1.0On April 6th at 6:40 PM, we visited a The UPS Store location on Mason Rd in Katy, Texas, next to 99 Ranch Market, to send several envelopes via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The young employee who assisted us was extremely rude from the beginning. When he noticed we had nine envelopes, instead of providing proper assistance, he stated in an unprofessional manner that the cost would be $20 per envelope, without a clear explanation. This felt excessive and seemed like an attempt to avoid helping us. The overall atmosphere in the store was uncomfortable, with unfriendly customer service. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when handling important legal documents. We do not recommend this location due to poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
