- JSJohn Sun1 day ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I came in simply to drop off a package and needed some tape to secure it. The staff did not mention any charge upfront while I was taping the box, but after I finished, they unexpectedly added a fee for the tape. What made it worse was the lack of transparency and professionalism. If there is a charge, it should be clearly communicated before the service is provided—not after the fact. When I asked for contact information or a way to follow up, they refused to provide anything. Overall, very poor customer service and unclear pricing practices. I would not recommend this location.
- MZM ZApr 3, 20261.0i just had the weirdest interaction in a long time. i realized I needed a bit of tape so I asked the nice lady at the counter if I can use the tape and she said yes. as I start using the tape a guy comes to me and tells me that they don’t allow customers to use the tape. I explained to him that I asked permission first, he told me the “lady is new”! i said is it ok if I give you a dollar to use the tape? he said sure. I gave him 5, he took two dollars (maybe because i used the tape twice), This could have been handled in a many other different ways all with a better outcome.
