  Everytime I come in UPS store to drop off packages at this location, they are always pleasant and efficient. Even if there are lines when I show up during peak hours, you don't wait anymore than 5 minutes or less. Erlin helped me the last few times and he is very quick.

  Great customer service! From the time I walked in and left the store I was attended to by employees who were polite and helpful. I had two large 100 pound boxes in my car that I wasn't not able to carry into the store. But when told them that needed assistance one of the young men at the counter came out and helped bring them inside. And he did it with a smile and a good attitude!

  Excellent service from start to finish. The staff is always friendly, professional, and very efficient. They help me with my shipments every week and always make sure everything is properly packed and ready to go. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their customers. This is definitely my go-to place for shipping and printing services. Highly recommend! Jaydon and the rest of the team are awesome!!

  I had an unfortunate experience at another UPS store this morning so I had to stop at the location on Morton Ranch and I was so thankful for Erlin! He was very kind and helpful! I will always use this FedEx store thanks to his great customer service and the other 2 guys in there were nice as well. Thank you for representing GOOD customer service.
