The door was already locked but when another customer exited, I entered and joined the line only to be met by an older female employee yelling at me for “sneaking in.” I simply turned around and left as I was not going to stand there and be the recipient of such unnecessary rudeness. If the store plans to close earlier than 6pm even if just by a few minutes, they should adjust their posted hours accordingly instead of turning customers away before closing. There were three other patrons who arrived just before 6:00 PM and were also refused service. The situation could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism, but instead it left an extremely poor impression.

There is three registers with 3 people in here working. So tell me why only one person the register? Hell I was in line for 45 minutes before one of the female decided to open the other register and the line was already out the door! This service is ridiculous, I guess I’ll go back to using the ups store on 359!!!
