  The manager Darcie was helpful in assisting me to fix an issue I was having with a return package I shipped with an address error, she was very patient with me even though they were super busy.

  I had a frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I was trying to pick up a package labeled with my mom’s name due to a shipping error. I had my ID with the corresponding address, the tracking number, and even offered someone with the same last name and address along with a tracking number pick it up, which is more than sufficient via the UPS website and after speaking to a corporate representative. The manager refused, put the store owner on speakerphone in front of other customers on the loudest volume setting which drew unnecessary attention and implied I couldn’t be trusted to speak to the manager with her phone. which was very clear microaggression. I was flustered and stressed, not belligerent. I was just trying to get a package I urgently I needed for work. I felt ignored, unheard, and embarrassed. I understand the need for safeguards to prevent fraud, and I provided clear evidence that I was authorized to pick up the package, but between the manager’s micro aggressive remark and the owner’s unreasonable refusal, this made my experience extremely unpleasant and stressful
