    Always busy.. not worth going. Faster to go to another store and driver further. Lines are ALWAYS out the door. I’ve had to drive by on 3 separate occasions because of long lines

    I was visiting from Dallas to Katy and had to return one Amazon package and this store wanted $1 for putting tape on the Amazon package. Never faced this problem in our Dallas area store. Beware. It is such a tiny box and $1 is absrud.

    I came to this UPS Store at 5:55 PM, five minutes before their advertised 6:00 PM closing time, to return an Amazon package. The door was already locked but when another customer exited, I entered and joined the line only to be met by an older female employee yelling at me for “sneaking in.” I simply turned around and left as I was not going to stand there and be the recipient of such unnecessary rudeness. If the store plans to close earlier than 6pm even if just by a few minutes, they should adjust their posted hours accordingly instead of turning customers away before closing. There were three other patrons who arrived just before 6:00 PM and were also refused service. The situation could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism, but instead it left an extremely poor impression.
