- RRRico6 days ago3.0Normally this is an ok place to drop off packages, but today I ran into a guy with a very crazy adatude. I was only dropping off a package for FedEx that simply needed to sit there. The guy was tripping out on me about the weight. He was going back and forth about how things were going to change about weight of packages being over 50lbs(had not yet), and actually threatened to denie me service. What service I was just dropping off an already paid for labeled FedEx package. He stated that if I sent it with them it would cost $350-400. Thank goodness the return label through FedEx was pre-paid $47.

She was so patient with me as I was struggling to email a return label to the store's account. She had everything ready before I needed it, even the UPS email address neatly printed on a big card! So helpful! Priya was kind, respectful, and careful with my items. I hope to see her again.
- SJS JDec 7, 20251.0I used to go here to return several online orders with no issue. Some items had no packaging and they still accept it, as long as I have a QR code. But one day when I went, the young man with the hair dreads named Reggie (appearing to be in his teens or 20s) said I needed to bring it back with packaging or buy packaging. I was confused since they always accepted returns with just the item only, so I asked a few more questions to clarify the issue. Reggie seemed to get irritated by my simple questions and was giving me an attitude. I felt very disrespected by Reggie’s rude attitude, this shouldn’t happen if a customer has basic questions or concerns. It is very uncomfortable to have to interact with an employee who quickly shows a rude attitude. I went to another UPS store shortly after, and they accepted our online return. All they did was scan the QR code, put it in a zip bag, and put a UPS label. Apparently this is not the first time someone complained about Reggie, as some other 1-star reviews with his picture also confirm this repeated bad attitude. (There’s two photos I posted on this review, one that I took (him with longer hair) and the other picture is from another 1-star review.) Even though this is the closest UPS store to my house, I still will go further to another UPS, so I don’t have to deal with these bad attitudes.
