  Not a friendly UPS...for a little bit of tape, they charge a dollar. For all Amazon returns, make sure your package is ready to through in their box.

  Extremely unhelpful and stingy manager (Indian man), this store will nickel and dime you for every little thing! I came in first time to this store with my Amazon return item inside a box which only just needed tape and the return form I printed from home with the address, and just needs to be taped on the box to send, but to my surprise, the manager said that I would have to pay extra for the tape and the extra service, which at my other UPS Store where I used to live in Tomball would happily help me with the tape and they do it with a smile, that’s why that store has a lot of repeat customers, unlike this place people have no choice but to go here in this area and get treated like a number! Come to find out today, I was notified by Amazon that the merchant never received my returned package and they charged me for the item that I intended to return, so why was my package not mailed back to the merchant, you can’t help but deduce that this manager did not mail my package when he told me that he would take my box and do the extra service of taping it and mailing it without charging me this time and I believed him! Obviously now I think I should have gone somewhere else! Now I have lost $50 from being charged by the merchant for not receiving the package that was supposed to be mailed back to them, as I was told by this manager! Stay away from this place if you expect any decent service, this manager should not be in the business of customer service at all, he will not mail your package if he doesn’t feel like it, so be prepared to be disappointed with this place, I will never go here ever again! I would rather drive farther to my other UPS store in Tomball, they appreciate their customers and they deserve repeat business, unlike this horrible no service nickel and dime UPS store in Katy that is run by a manager who treats customers only like a number! Just horrible place due to the rude and unhelpful manager, stay away from this UPS store in Katy for your own sake!

  The manager is such a gentleman, and all the staff is so nice and helpful. Plus, the music they play is awesome!
