  I am not an idiot! 💜Taylor I love this store!. It is super clean and doesn’t have that package store smell. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I usually come in with several different needs during one visit. They are patient and DON’T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT when I’m scrolling for QR codes from app to app and being ADD. Today TAYLOR was the bomb. She helped me with a smile and even said “you’re good” when my anxiety started to flare up because of all the stuff I had. I love this store and staff. They are such chill people. And most importantly they don’t make me feel stupid. Plus prices great. They really know what they are doing. Keep up the good work brothers.

  2 thumbs down for Victor! I did not appreciate the customer service I received from Victor today. He seemed intent on forcing me to purchase a sealed bag and refused to provide a simple piece of tape to close the bag I already had. As a result, what should have been a free return became unnecessarily frustrating. I felt pressured into making an unnecessary purchase over something as minor as tape, which left me very dissatisfied with the experience.

  I do not recommend this store. I have had repeated issues with receiving my packages. I use a UPS box for my business, and this is the fourth time a package has gone missing. As a result, I had to pay penalties to my customer. This level of unreliability is unacceptable for a business.
