  I can honestly say this was the worst UPS Store I've ever been. I only had one 0.2 lb package, and associate wouldn't let me put it in their USPS box. I arrived at 12:30, midday. There were already 50 packages there. Just one tiny package. Now I have to drive another 10 miles with a 2-year-old in the car.They're such heartless people.

  This has to be the slowest moving UPS in the whole city ! The line is always wrapped around the store and there’s never any type of urgency, EVER ! Definitely suck at customer service

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The line extended throughout the building, and only one register was open clearly causing significant delays. When I respectfully asked why additional registers were not available, the staff became defensive and ultimately refused to assist me. Due to the unprofessional handling of a reasonable customer inquiry and the lack of courtesy shown, I will not be returning to this location. Customer service was poor, and the interaction did not reflect a commitment to serving customers respectfully

  Today we waited outside in a line as ppl waited for ur employee who was late. Finally someone showed up at 10 mins after closing -not even an apology. Then proceeded to take his time clocking in and such. The poor kid that was late came in and the “ heavier set employee” who was probably called in to open after he didn’t show had such a horrible attitude to this younger kid. Yes the kid messed up but he apologized and got strat to work. The manager though -his attitude and frustration towards us bc of his employee was unacceptable. Not only that he was disciplining the kid in front of a group of 20 ppl.
