- PRPaul RansomAug 7, 20251.0I’ve been a customer for a few years now, mainly dropping off return packages. Customer service is average, but since it’s just package drop-offs, I wasn’t too bothered by it. The main guy that works there always seems bothered or annoyed whenever I would come to drop off a package. I always ask for a receipt for peace of mind as the packages are unsecured near the door when dropping off. Obtaining a receipt for proof of drop off eases that concern in case of a missing package. When I attempted to drop off a package today however, the guy flat out said no and tried to explain that the carrier would scan the package themselves. I know this, however, as explained above, if you’re going to let people drop off packages in an unsecured location near the front door where anyone could come in and take them, the least you can do is provide a drop off receipt, which would hold PostNet liable if anything is stolen. I’ve felt unwelcoming energy from this man before and should have stopped coming a while ago, but lesson learned this time. Won’t return.
