I live about an 1-1.5 hour away. I was in the area and decided to stop by to drop a package off because I remembered the male owner was always nice and I loved their email confirmations. When I dropped off package in the morning, the nice lady at the counter informed me that they were updating their system due to an ownership change, so give her a minute. I waited a couple mins for a paper receipt which is fine. I have no issues waiting. Went on my way…
Issue started when my package was still showing not accepted by USPS the next morning. I called to ask if USPS picked up that day and was told yes, 4pm. The friendly girl on the phone didn’t know which post office picked up because it could have been 3. I called USPS to ask who picks up for that location (Pin Oak) but they claimed no record of a pickup. I call back to the store to ask what my options are if something happens between me getting a drop off receipt that it’s no longer in my possession and USPS pickup? Who I presumed to be the “new” boss this time talked to me. She told me that they are just a drop off location for convenience and if I didn’t buy the label printed directly from them, nothing else they can do because it’s not their responsibility. Whatttt??? They said USPS sometimes doesn’t scan things, but it’s not their responsibility anymore. (I needed an acceptance scan to have my package be insured.) To me, regardless if the label was purchased there or not, duty is to make sure there’s a proper handoff to USPS, because at the end of the day, it was no longer in my possession and I have proof I dropped off. If I was a worker at pickup, I would ensure all packages are scanned. A USPS label is a USPS label… it goes in the same pile. Never again.
Thankfully package is finally showing accepted a day and half after drop off (or technically a full day after when pickup should have been).

Amazing customer service! Pavan went above and beyond for me today. Although I’ve historically only used them for a virtual office address in the past, today I decided to kill two birds with one stone and ship two UPS packages I had instead of going to UPS separately. It’s hard to describe the unique needs I had today but suffice it to say Pavan was extremely patient and eager to help me find the best possible shipping container and method that saved the most money as well as help me answer questions I had about shipping in general. Overall, I felt like a highly valued customer. (Thank you, Pavan!)

I have been using iPostal1 virtual mailbox through PostNet for the last year and have been extremely pleased with all aspects of this service. I recently had a package forwarded to me at an overseas address, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy and convenient the process was. Mr. Lall is the owner of the PostNet business, and he has been very helpful & efficient in handling my various requests. I highly recommend this service for anyone who needs a virtual mailbox.
