- MCM CAug 20, 20251.0I have been to this print shop 4–5 times and always felt the staff were cold and unfriendly, never a simple greeting. I didn’t mind before since I only stayed for about 10 minutes — they printed, I paid, and left. This time was truly disappointing. Because of a size issue, they seemed unwilling to help, At first, an older man at the front left computer was helping me adjust the file size. Suddenly he got up to greet another customer who had just walked in, then asked a younger man sitting in the corner if he had worked on my previous prints. The younger man coldly said he didn’t know. I was shocked — I’ve been here 4–5 times, always ordering around 400 flyers each time, and yet they claimed not to know. The arrogance and dismissive attitude were unbelievable. Here I included my past receipts to show that I’ve printed here multiple times. Despite this, they still acted like they didn’t know me or my orders. This only proves how dismissive and arrogant their service really is. Won’t be coming back and definitely not recommend this place!
