- JJJonathan6 days ago1.0Came in 11/19 trying to ship the same item I’ve shipped numerous times. The person didn’t even try and find a box, didn’t want to do anything especially her job and just repeated she can’t ship it when I’ve sent it from this very same location with the same exact product. We’re a start up company with many shipments in the future and we will not be using fedex! Great way to lose customers is hiring employees that don’t want to work and can’t represent your company.

After 15 minutes as she was finishing up with the customer. She looks up and says “sir the customer in front of you is my last customer I have to take lunch. I asked but man mine just has to be scanned that’s all , so she repeats. Sir the customer in front of you is my last customer , I reply but I been standing here for 15 minutes you didn’t say anything , so for the third time she again says sir the person if front of you is my last customer. Not sure if she just didn’t want to work or maybe doesn’t like brown people but what a horrible experience. No point to argue so I just left. Figured I share the experience
