When my friend requested that her documents containing confidential information be placed directly into the secure bin rather than left in an open area in the back, the employee made several inappropriate comments, including: "I have my own life," "like I really care about anything you have or your trash," and "if we were busy I would NOT do this for you... maybe you should buy a shredder." This behavior is unacceptable for any customer service role. Beyond the rudeness, this interaction raises serious concerns about your document security protocols and whether confidential materials are being handled properly. Customers trust your shredding service specifically because they need secure, professional handling of sensitive documents. This employee's attitude suggests she views basic service requests as burdens and treats customers with contempt.
