A tall dark guy. Looks like he was upset that I brought too much work for him cos I was carrying a big box filled with computer accessories. I don’t even want to go into the overall service detail. The service was terrible. Some people are not just meant to work at the front desk unless this is how bad FedEx Service generally is.

The customer service member Tolu, is good at engaging customers and works diligently to complete the task. Overall a good experience at this location.

I called the store an hour ago to ask them if they could help me secure a package for a watch that I want to send and they said they could help me out. When I went there and spoke with the girl (didn’t see her name tag), I asked her if she could with me with the packaging and she brushed me off to the other worker, Tulo. I told him that when I gave you guys a call you said yall will help me out with the packaging when I come to the store. He refused to help me and said I have to do either do it myself by buying the tape and the bubble wrap and the boxes and everything or he would do it without reading the instructions because “they don’t have time to read the instructions”. I told him I could read him the instructions for him if he wanted to and he still didn’t want to help me. He was so rude and very disrespectful and didn’t want to do his job and help his customers. It seems like they really hated their lives and what they were doing and they were putting it out on people instead. Left so angry and disappointed and I didn’t ship the watch at the end. Very rude and unprofessional workers. Tulo should really quit his job if he doesn’t like it. He should stop putting out his misery of his job on people, or he should be fired! Worst FedEx place to go to! Definitely don’t recommend!
