It did have signature required so that was the delay, but I didn't know this at the time. The pkg was sent on Thurs, supposed to be delivered Friday, but Mon appt was necessary to pick up pkg. The lady who helped send it off initially was very friendly.

They insist I have to get a p.o. box for mail. My address doesn't register and I can't receive packages at my home and most things won't deliver to a p.o.box. I get denied on things because of this or I have to have it sent to someone else's house. It is inconvenient and costly for me because of their greed and laziness.
