This seems to be a trend with this post office to have personnel that just blatantly do not care and want a paycheck. With that being said the ultimate blame is to be on the post master. Do better.

In the short time I’ve lived here I’ve received several mail that is clearly addressed to different addresses, and much of my mail has not been delivered! He was happy and helpful and you could tell that he enjoyed his job (if he doesn't he does a great job faking it). I normally dread going to the post office, but with Brian there I'll happily run this errand.
