- RERobert EarlyJan 9, 20261.0I have lived in Joshua for a little over 3 years and have had more package delivery issues here than I did at my previous address in Fort Worth for almost 20 years. Package in wrong box, wrong parcel box key in my box, wrong address mail in my box and even though I put a note on it about wrong address it was in my box for 5 days. The latest issue, USPS tracking says my package arrived at Joshua USPS 1/8 at 3:01 a.m., then at Palo Pinto USPS 1/8 at 10:56 a.m. How the heck does it get from Joshua, where it should be delivered, to Palo Pinto. This has to be the worse managed post office.

Clinton denied me picking up my package that my brother sent to me because he doesn’t LIVE HERE and had it delivered to my business address and because it wasn’t the same first name WHEN WE HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME, like it’s kinda common sense and not even that THE FACT THAT I always go and never have a problem because Mitchell (best worker and always so friendly never had an issue with her) knows that my family’s business address and WE ALL HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME! Just saying a postal office that doesn’t give you mail is never heard ofc crazy…

- SMsandra marbutNov 23, 20241.0Says pkg was delivered to my front door. Was not there. Checked mailbox, no pkg. So I checked neighbors houses, nope no pkg misdelivered. Tried to call but you can't talk to anyone except a damn robot. I work for the post office usps and someone is suppose to be there for an hour or 2 after carrier gets back for misdelivered items. But you can't even get a local number. This AI crap doesn't work. And get a carrier that does the damn job right.

Sorry, people behind me but I'm a Marine mom with a son, a nephew, and friend's kids in the military and it's just the way it is. Thank you Joshua Post Office!
