- PHP HJul 30, 20251.0Dear USPS Customer Service, I’m writing to express my concern about a negative experience I had at your location on July 30th at approximately 11:39 AM. I approached the counter for assistance with sending a package, as I’m unfamiliar with the process. Unfortunately, the clerk on duty (Clerk 07) was dismissive and rude. When I mentioned that I didn’t know how to send a package, he replied, “I can tell,” in a condescending tone. Instead of offering helpful guidance, he answered my questions with clear impatience and an unprofessional attitude. I understand that post office staff may deal with many customers throughout the day, but I believe everyone deserves courteous and respectful service—especially those who are trying to learn the process. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers can have a more positive experience. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

She has no customer service nor personality, very rude and has an unprofessional attitude. She needs to be properly trained on professionalism and how to treat others with respect as well as personal counseling.
