- NSNancy S.comiDec 5, 20251.0Want to be told whoever’s sending you mail isn’t doing it right??? Even though no one knows, listens or can produce proof to you at the Post Office? Set up Informed Delivery…ok. Guess what? Post Office has to scan it! You have one of three mailboxes….ok. BUT there are NINE cabins back here!!! SOMETHING is not set up!!! We’ll call landowner…..haven’t done that in six weeks!! EVERY TIME I went in there, I spoke to someone else who had a different take!!! The Mail Carrier knows everything….oh? Then why is there a stack of mail of at least 6 inches in each of these three boxes that goes back to 2022???? MAYBE a supervisor needs to come out and look in those boxes, look at the number of houses and make some decisions to actually fix this!!!! A box of new checks has been lost and I’m waiting on two checks that I depend to live. I have been assured the checks were mis-addressed. Quite frankly, how many times should I have to go to the Post Office to get a solution??? We don’t appreciate your tone…..THEN FIX IT!!!

She was fast, friendly, organized and completed the process for 3 of us in about 15-20 minutes. Kelly should be a trainer in efficiency and customer service...especially for the post offices in Lakeway and Austin. I rarely write reviews but wanted to say it was worth the hour drive to have a positive experience on a process that can be unpleasant. Thank you Kelly! You're amazing and we appreciate you making the passport process easy for us today!

This location had plenty of appointment times available, and everyone was awesome and friendly! We showed up early, and there was no wait. They took super awesome passport photos of everyone (like I was seriously impressed), and we were in and out of there in maybe 30 minutes?!
