- LMLaura MDec 3, 20251.0The over worked postal employees are not at fault but the postal system is. Can’t connect by phone as there is a horrible automated phone service. It even states there is a feedback report at the end but there was none. The UPPS needs a Doge overhaul.

Package is missing can not find it in or around mailbox, gates to property, or porch to other house on property. Would love to talk to someone see if it was "mistakenly" left at a wrong address since that seems to be a common occurrence lately. Nobody will answer the phone to the office and asking around to other offices to see if they can get in contact with a manager or staff member there does no good. The representatives you get when you go through the 'ask usps' or TTY numbers the reps will only tell you to continue waiting another 24 hours than they can maybe help. Update 11/06/25 the PO Manager or whoever called said it be here today that the driver would secure package from where they "left" it and deliver it today. Still not here. They went back to not answering the phone and it was before 4 when I checked in to see if the driver even found my package.
