This winter, I have been to the post office a total of 5 times during regular operating hours and it has only been open once. There haven’t been any signs posted on the locked doors stating if/when staff will return. Others have been there and were disappointed too. The lack of availability and communication is very unprofessional. From now on, we will drive 15 minutes to the next nearest post office. Please do better. Low staff is understandable, but you should communicate that. Please also answer your phones or have a voicemail message. Thank you.

- MKMarjorie Kindelan-RayDec 4, 20251.0Terrible experience, went to the post office to pick up a package that was delivered to them by mistake, but was told that they did not accept SpeedX packages at all. I literally have photos from the carrier showing they delivered it to the post office. I also went to the Student Mail Center who informed me that they pick up all their SpeedX packages from the post office directly. Needless to say I still don’t have my package and I’m pretty sure the post office staff don’t know what they are talking about although I also showed them the photos.
