- FMFaith MarieMay 21, 20242.0We are out of state and I had my mother go to our house to retrieve our mail. We left the house Friday and she went to retrieve our mail the following Tuesday only to find a new resident slip in our mailbox and our mail all had been sent back to where it came from. We never contacted the post office to do this, there is no new resident, we own the home. The mail also hadn’t piled up to justify this because it had only been one business day since we left. Now we have to contact all the places our mail was sent back to and have it redelivered including a check that we needed for some of our bills that will now be paid late. I then tried to contact the post office multiple times over 20 minutes and no one answered. The only reason I got any answers was because my mother physical went to the post office to hand them the phone with me on the speaker.
- ACA CNov 5, 20181.0This place is pitiful. Postmaster actually passes off issues to his supervisor over the couriers instead of addressing problems directly.. Supervisor does an exquisite job of doing her & his work since he is not willing to fix problems and correct lazy workers.
