  Mande un pakete para Méx. me dijeron. Que llegaría in menos de una semana es tiempo que no ah llegado pague 290 dólares por menos de 5 libras lo envié el 1 de febrero a pasado mucho tiempo si no va llegar en el tiempo que dicen solo no le digan ala gente. Que llagaría en 1 semana mentirososeh ido ala sucursal y dice ellos no pueden hacer nada y pretextos y más pretextos llame al número de servicio al cliente y no ah resuelto nada si estoy pudiendo mi packete p tras o mi dinero no es algo de unos cuantos dólares es más que eso espero y lo vea alguien que si pueda aser algo son buenos para cobrarte pero no son buenos para resolverte y es la segunda vez que me pasa me paso hace un año lo mismo 😡

  Josue A. at FedEx Office on Airport Way in Irving was outstanding. Helpful, professional, and understanding of my tight schedule. I came in needing to print important meeting documents on a very short deadline, and his support made the process seamless. I couldn’t have asked for better service, especially during a busy rush hour!

  Awful experience, absolutely unbelievable. They lost my package and haven’t been able to get me in touch with anyone who can help me for 3 days. I’m disgusted by this company and their lack of professionalism. I will never use this company again.

  Very polite staff. I came in on a Sunday at 4:45 pm and the young man was super helpful and polite. He even offered me a seat while I waited for my fax to send and was very patient and helped me through the entire process from start to finish.
