That's a shame. Everytime I go to place my packages inside of it and lift the lever for my packages to drop it doesn't drop. My packages are still in there. It just swings back and forth. Can someone tell me when will this resolved?? I usually have to drive so far to another usps to drop off my packages. I shouldn't have to do that.

The lady who served me for fingerprinting service this afternoon is extremely knowledgeable , patient , humble , positive attitude , caring , proud of her work, efficient , customer centered, and respectful. My fingerprinting was successfully completed within 15 minutes. She also went beyond and advised next step. While I was waiting, I also witnessed that she processed other customers passport application efficiently. she deserves a raise. 10/21/2025
