I don’t need them being rude to me be they are frustrated with their jobs and with each other. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place if at all possible

I was surprised to see how rudely she was talking to everyone there and didn’t want to help anyone. Was literally yelling at people when they were choosing wrong boxes or if making any mistakes.

From ladies like Pamala (who is incredibly kind helpful) and Huynh at the counter, who are always so wonderful to me and get me in and out with no issues, to the kind gentleman early in the morning when I check my PO box at 5am who is always mopping and working hard. Im happy I have a PO box here, and that I use this location as my main post office!
