I I would like to thank the Ebelezer employee at USPS Irving for his service and courtesy today. He was a very kind professional and quickly resolved my issue with exchanging my MoneyNext order! We need more professional people like him in our lives and communities! Congratulations on delighting the customer.

I used this post office frequently as a small business owner. Most days it’s very easy to get in and out with an occasional wait. I don’t mind waiting because the employees here are super nice and helpful. Horace, Adrianne, and Shayna are awesome!

This post office is SO SLOW, when it comes to the service itself its fine I cant argue with that. But if you come here on your break / lunch I'd go elsewhere, they used to have 2 workers at all times and 1 when the other one would go on break / lunch which is fine. However once they gotten rid of one of them there's always a long line and whenever the worker goes on lunch literally no one is there. Im not blaming the workers im just blaming the person that's actually in charge of this place.

Horace here is extremely helpful, went on a weekday afternoon and only 2-3 people in line.
