    My son was visiting friends for a long weekend 4 hours away when he lost the key fob to his car. I took the extra fob to this UPS location, explained the situation and asked to overnight the fob to him. I was told the fob would arrive the next day for $65 overnight shipping. I asked what time it would arrive by and was told it could be anytime up until midnight. I agreed this was my best option in this situation as he was not able to get into his car or leave the house to return home until he received it. Two days later he still had not received the fob and the tracking number showed it was still in Irving. He texted me every few hours asking if he should contact a locksmith to get into his car and have another fob made for a $400 fee. I am a single mom of 3 boys in college. As we put this off all day we ended up deciding to pay the locksmith the last hour he was available that day as my son had to leave his friend’s house to make it to his college for classes. I made at least 5 calls to report to UPS that the overnighted package did not arrive. My son also helped in trying to reach this UPS. Both of us did talk to the owner more than one time and were told we would receive a refund in the $65 shipping fee as well as the $100 that the package was insured for. I was offered to increase the insured amount at the time I overnighted the package but chose not to due to the cost. After nearly four weeks of attempting to contact this UPS and no pay of the fees the owner told me that I “should” be receiving a refund of the “difference” between the overnight fee and a regular shipping fee as their system shows the package was in fact delivered 9 days later. I explained no one at that house received the package and I was now out hundreds of dollars and he missed a day of college classes hoping to receive it 2 days after shipping. The owner told me that although I was told it would be there the next day and it was insured for $100 and she understood we did not receive it there was nothing she was willing to do. I told her this was not a fair resolution in my opinion and I don’t believe there was anything I should have done differently on my part. I did not received the nominal “refund” difference after over 3 weeks. I was told by the owner she would “resubmit” for the fee. Still not received. I will not use this UPS location again.

    Worst customer service in Irving Las colinas run they have USB capability but will not let you print from USBS even though the website said they could little lady behind the desk may have health issues worse service in DFW...

    Well I had a few returns, I was all disorganized, but thank for Bobby, he was a sweetheart, he greeted me as I walked in, right away he ask how he can assist me, I explained I was returning some items, he was patient while I figure out, what item to start with, he patiently assisted, making the process easier. Thank you UPS for hiring such a sweet person , he was amazingly helpful.. You have no idea how nice is to walk in and see an employee smiling and just be helpful. What an amazing experience, I will definitely be returning. I give Bobby 5 stars & he definitely deserves a pay increase. Now this days people are moody and just rude. He made my day!!! Gracias Bobby!
