  Really bad service. I came for the second time in a few months to notarize a document required by the Brazilian consulate. Everything in the document is written in both, Brazilian and English. First time I came they notarized the document. Today they say they can’t because there’s another language in the document they don’t understand.

  I have visited this store several times in the past, and until today my experiences with customer service had consistently been positive. Unfortunately, my most recent visit fell well below what I was used to. I came in to ship an item and was looking for a medium-sized padded manila envelope, which I did not see on display. I asked an employee named Sophia, who stated that they did not carry one. I then asked whether a smaller box was available. She appeared reluctant to check and did so with a noticeable attitude. When she returned, she assembled a box without tape and instructed me to place my items inside. The bottom of the box was not secured, yet I proceeded as directed. She then asked whether the value of the items exceeded $100. When I asked how much additional insurance would cost for a value over $100, she refused to provide a breakdown and instead stated that I needed to disclose the value before she would tell me the price. While I had no issue providing that information, her tone and manner throughout the interaction were dismissive and unprofessional. As a result, I chose not to complete the transaction and took my business elsewhere. I have asked similar questions at other locations and received clear & explanations without issue. I work in customer service myself, and I know that this type of communication and attitude toward customers is not acceptable.

  I was trying to call to get information to open a mailbox but I've called 6 times and it keeps transferring me to voicemail. How can they say that you can call to check on whether or not you have mail if they never answer the phone. I've called at various times throughout the day so it's not like I called within a small timeframe. I have not experience with this store other than this negative experience. I'm going somewhere else.
