Yes you have to pay for packaging materials. Why would you not have to? Why would you bring your box without being prepared? This store has been my goto for YEARS for my shipping and my Amazon returns. There have been times in the beginning when I didn’t tape my box, but this store offered to tape my box for me. If your box is about to fall apart, and the miracle of tape won’t save it, then yes, they will charge you! You can’t walk into a retail establishment, use their supplies and not expect to be charged for it. That’s borderline theft? If you don’t want to pay for tape, tape your box with your own tape. Don’t want to pay to print your label, buy a printer, don’t want to pay for materials to protect the items you’re shipping in a box, bring your own materials. It’s literally in your Amazon returns instructions that if you don’t pack and seal your box, you maybe charged for packing materials. It’s simple logic to me. I’ve always received nothing but amazing customer service from Ms G, Sam and the staff here. But all they hear is abuse. This is the most wonderful store in Irving and I will continue coming here! It’s always clean and they’re always so courteous, even when it’s busy they try to move it along. They make everyone feel like family. This store is 1000% recommended over any other store in Irving ! They have my business and support for life!
