  When I walk in, the store always smells so clean and welcoming. I go out of my way to come and see Sam at this location. Appreciate the smiles I get at this location.

  Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that I edited my review primarily because my request to have the BGV (background verification) document signed was refused, which has now forced me to repeat the entire fingerprinting process. May I know the reason why this was declined? I would also like to add that I visited again to request certification of fingerprints taken by another agency, as required by the BGV company, but your team refused this as well. I would appreciate more clarity on why this service could not be provided. Additionally, my feedback is based on my actual experience during the visit. While I understand that businesses may have limitations, the lack of available support staff at the time made the process much longer and more difficult than expected. Regarding the instructions, I did follow the guidance provided, including watching the video. However, in-person assistance is important when customers face difficulties during such processes. My intention in editing the review is to share constructive feedback so that future customers can have a better experience. Thank you.
