I was instructed to pick up my package at the location. After a 45-minute drive on Christmas Eve, I arrived and was informed that the driver was still out. I was then told to return later at 7 p.m. They provided no valid explanation for the driver’s inability to deliver my package for three days. The staff displayed rudeness to conceal their incompetence and attempted to fabricate an accusation that I was cursing at them. These individuals must undergo a formal performance evaluation by FedEx corporate, and appropriate action should be taken to address the damage they have caused to the brand.

Could do to contact the seller to see if they could send a new one. This is a business critical package and could fill orders. I had to issue refunds and have wait to see if it will show up. I am currently out of work due to fedex. The package cost me and my company $3000. Plus lost income from my company being shut down. Ridiculous

But WILD that drivers are given the option to hold packages at the ship center instead of attempting delivery just to make their day easier. Fedex shouldn't be allowed to do this without at least attempting delivery once... especially with how much they charged me for "2 day" shipping just to make me drive an hour to pick up the package myself.
