The staff here is super friendly. Dennis is the one I normally see when I go and he is always helpful and goes out of his way to help out. Thank you

Phone trees are the opposite of customer service. I would rather have a root canal than listen to choices that don’t fit my needs and choices within choices. Online assistance means wasting my time. This is government at its finest.

Went in this morning to get mine and my son’s passport done. The whole experience was SUPER fast and Dennis provided exceptional service. He was very nice and answered any questions I had without making me feel like a burden. We showed up a little bit before my appointment and we were in and out within 15-20 minutes for both my son and I. Definitely would recommend coming here for passport services! Thank you Dennis for making it such a smooth experience!

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I went in to get my passport application taken care of, made an appointment online. Went in 5 min early, Dennis was rude as hell about the fact that I didn’t have all of it already filled out even tho he was helping other people during my appointment time. Dennis is obviously trained to do passport paperwork, so I’m assuming he knew that the birth certificate I brought wasn’t the correct one… didn’t say anything to me. I get a letter in the mail saying I need the correct one, spent $60 to get my BC and expedite the shipping on it to the passport people. I have to have my passport before this Friday or I don’t get to go on a trip that my company gifted me with to Mexico. I’ve worked here for 6 years and after all my hard work, Dennis is ruining that for me. I called the passport department and they said until my paperwork is approved and since I’m not actually traveling in 2 weeks, they can’t do anything. The nearest place to get a passport next day is Houston which is 3 hours away from corpus, where I live. I’m so disappointed in the service provided and that I now have to give up an all expense paid for trip for 2, because Dennis was selfish and didn’t want to inform me of the correct paperwork to have. And on top of that, I call every single day to talk to someone there about what happened and they refuse to answer the phone!!! It’s so frustrating. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
