- MLMarie-Louise LawrenceFeb 5, 20251.0Absolutely terrible delivery service. They refuse to drop packages off at the front door. They BALANCED a FRAGILE package on the post of my mailbox. The package had FRAGILE written all over it and they BALANCED it on a thin post. There were glasses in that box. They also drop off packages by the GARAGE. It is a detached garage very far from the house. I had a package that sat in the rain for DAYS! I didn't know it was there!! I've told them multiple times to drop packages by the FRONT DOOR!
