I showed up at 6:40am before work, no one assisted me, and their sign says package pick up doesn’t start til 8am so it would be great if they could update their business hours so people don’t waste their time.

The lady at the phone was by far the most useless, rude person I’ve ever spoken to in customer service. Good luck to anybody that has to deal with any problem at USPS Hutto.
