I run a business and if anything is under weight or over weight my account gets charged. Happens daily, no worries. Never had an issue two years and I’ve dropped off packages all over the metroplex. She sat there for 30 mins and redid tons of my labels. She told me I was incompetent for not weighing properly as she walked me out the door. I ship hundreds of packages a day and not one issue with being over or under weight because it just gets charged to my account. She was acting as if I don’t pay my dues. I will never come here again. Only reason I did is because they were open until 5.
