- MIMaryam IbrahimDec 8, 20251.0If I could give ZERO stars I would, absolutely horrible customer service agent and rude one too, they lost an important mail from DMV for me and claim it’s my fault, spoke on the phone with agent named Grey and refused to give me her correct name and spelling and hung up the phone on me and refused to help me, and didn’t care and the filed complaint documentation made on my missing mail.

Came in today with all my documents to get passports done and they told us they dont accept walk ins. USPS is a joke. This is the second location to turn us away when they aren't busy. Will be taking my $300 elsewhere.
