The guy didn't even hesitate when he told us that he didn't have that ability and to call around for other options. No help, at all, just dismissed us. They say on their website that they offer shipping options, but I guess the employee didn't get that memo. We then drove to the location in North Richland Hills, which provided us a box and an estimate for cost and shipping options.

You get 5 minutes for $2.00 to print or access email. I look down and it's blinking red at 2:49 and I'm like for what I'm not at 5 minutes yet. I tell the guy and he walks over, I point it out and he said we'll ma'am that is the system. I said no, you are cheating me out of my money. He said no that is the system. The time runs out and he is with another customer and said that there is nothing I can do. You a lie, you are cheating folks out of their money and that is not right. I ask for the other gentleman and he says I'm the owner. Oh made it worse for me. I said you need to give me my money back or print it out for me at no cost either way, I want it handled now. He goes in his wallet and gives me $3. And I am like you should be ashamed of yourself and walked out. I already had an issue with this place not returning the correct shoes back to Amazon, stealing the ones I boxed up but after a year thought they had changed. Nope. Same ole' bs. Do not go here.
