- BBBlessedJan 7, 20261.0At the post office now it is 905 still not open said that they had attempted to deliver package but mail mailboxes were full incorrect. There was no mail in our boxes.

I think they have all hated their jobs for so long but done nothing about it that it’s normal for them to provide such awful service. I say this with special circumstances of one nice woman unfortunately don’t know her name but can’t forget her curly red hair and strong southern accent. She’s been helpful to me and others in the past. As for the rest of the lot- I’m sorry you haven’t quit yet for the sake of us. The lady today with glasses was SO RUDE to other customers. I watch as I waited for 25 minutes at the “window” to pick up a package as she condescendingly spoke to people and chuckling at them like they were dumb for just existing. The gentleman at the window or THE DOOR as the lady corrected me so eagerly 😑 was heard talking loudly and ignoring me as I rang the bell three times over the course of 25 minutes. I went to the UPS store here in Huntsville after this experience for a Amazon return and was SO HAPPY to see proper customer service.

They get paid for doing not hard work, they have a decent retirement from the USPS. And I see very bad reviews that is redundant over the years. I feel that this location needs to be audited and investigated for these reasons and to correct them..
- AWAlly WattsOct 20, 20201.0Driver for my address is either too lazy to actually deliver packages, and put pink slips in the mailbox, or she doesn't even care. Sometimes they even leaves the package by my mailbox, which is down my road, not in front of my house. Management is rude. Doesn't care. And makes sad excuses. Instead of dealing with the problems to fix them, I don't even think they address the drivers making many mistakes. Corporate needs to assess this location and remove manager and replace with someone who actually cares.
