- ATAnya TateOct 29, 20251.0Every time I visit, the service is extremely slow. The same lady is always working alone, and there should be more staff available. There’s no reason to be waiting 15-20 minutes each visit. This has been about 5 visits that this happened.

I live in an apartment complex and any packages that are delivered that can't fit in the mailbox the postal worker leaves in the office. Well this is at least what is supposed to happen. I got a message stating an attempt was made but there was no access to location. There was someone home just in case they tried to deliver to my door and the office was open when the so called attempted attempt was made. So furious and I'm very upset and disappointed with the Huntsville USPS But apparently this is a common problem for them all . No excuse for such act of job negligence. It's absolutely wickedness especially when your a package containing one's medication.

Poor communication - note in mailbox says use one address for package pickup and the personnel at this address points you to another location (person told me: carrier should note the pickup location on slip - they did, the WRONG location)!! Personnel are inconsistent and short on details. There are instances where 3 out of 4 can’t find packages, only to have 4th bring a dozen boxes to lobby. I just moved into 77340 and so far, I would opt out of Any USPS service I could possible.
