  The lady here is so super friendly and professional. I use a third party program with my job and all our parts come here. She knew exactly what i was referring to when I brought it up without question. Usually most stores are confused. She was super knowledgeable and even made her notes on my package to separate it and to make it easier for her to get for me later. Amazing customer service skills!

  I had 7 Amazon returns and the system went down in the middle of my returns. Emily was so patient with me during the entire process! She was so calm and kind. Thank you, Emily!

  Had everything ready for a return package except affixing the label to the package. Was charged a dollar to tape the label on. Compare this to usps who will print your label and affix it for you without charging you a cent. Didn't particularly care for how friendly they were about it either. I'll stick to the new Waverly usps for my mailing needs
