I have a ring door camera and I watch as the delivery person walks up and doesn’t even attempt to knock or ring the doorbell and just slips the missed you paper on my door and leaves. They’ve came three times and each time they’ve done the same thing. I’ve been home every time they’ve come by. At this point it’s honestly more work for them to continue to lie and not ring the doorbell than to just wait for someone to come to the door to sign????

Next day it said I can pick up from store. Went to store they said it’s out for delivery. They made me sign and made a copy to leave at the door. I said I know they will come when I’m gone. The guy at the store said I’m sending a message to the carrier now to leave at the door. Got home another notification for delivery and no package left. Looked at my camera mail guy knocked twice softly checked box left noticed stuck in door and left. This is bullshit now I got to wait until Monday oh and today is Saturday. Zero stars or lower this place deserves negative

An amply supplied self service station was available. There were two customers who were served before I was even able to address my packages. When I entered the main office, staff greeted me with a smile and eye contact, asked me how they could help me, asked me how my day was going, and processed my packages quickly. She underlined my tracking numbers for me and ended our interaction politely and efficiently.
