I have been waiting on a package for 26 days! This package is for my livelihood! After calling the Department of Public Safety, I learned from them that the USPS said the mail was "undeliverable" and returned it! WTH! I've been hear at this address for 9 years! There is obviously an issue with who's running this place these days. We've never had so many issues! There has been MULTIPLE times, I have flagged down the driver to return mail that's not ours, and I have gotten several visits from my neighbors, handing me my mail that was delivered to them. Fix this BS!!!!

Unfortunately, at this location, it is always an issue post office representatives continuously having bad attitudes, not knowledgeable about services and unaware what customer service is. So what I would advise anyone do not go to this location under no circumstances unless it is absolutely necessary.

THEY NEED TO DO BETTER WITH THE HIRING PROCESS. I LEAVE OUT THE COUNTRY NEXT WEEK AND A CARRIER DELIVERED MY FEDERAL PASSPORT DOCUMENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Very fast and Efficient! Everyone was customer friendly as far as I can tell. Store closes at 5pm I arrived at 4:48pm (just got off work) to wait in a long line to the door that shockingly moved FAST. By the time I finished, the line was built up to the door again but the workers weren’t rude as I assumed! This is the place to come to! I was done by 4:56pm 🤗🤗 Amenn!!!

If I could give this post office NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. These are some of the most disrespectful, rude, African American women I’ve ever met. The only decent person in this facility was Ms. Lacy, her tone was decent but she even failed to get my issue resolved. I moved into my new house 10 weeks ago. I went here to get a new key, I was told 4-6 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks and complained everyday, everyone promising to call me back. The post master Rhonda Wright never called back, no supervisor ever called back. And to make matters worst, I asked them to hold the mail while the keys were getting made but they failed to do that so my mail was collecting in the mailbox while my key was in limbo. Someone finally was able to get my locks changed on week 8. I thought everything was fine until 2 weeks after receiving the key, they changed my locks again. No warning and didn’t tell me anything. I called to the complain, the supervisor was rude. I refused for someone to “have to call me back” because they never do. She told me to find out “who she was when I got there”. So I went in person to complain, now I’m highly frustrated at this point. I seen a tall bald guy, working with a short bald lady, I asked him was he a manager, he stated yes, she and I are. I started explaining my frustrations to him, and I told him the post master never returned my call when I spoke to her. She told around very unprofessional stating I’m the post master and you’ve never spoke to me. I explained to her I had it recorded and she was definitely who I spoke to, and she never returned my call. She was the one who explained to me that not all carriers can change locks and she’d have to get a locksmith. She begins to tell me “you’re the one who was rude to my supervisor, I told her “she was rude to me” and Rhonda Wright (the post master) stated “so y’all were rude to each other”. I ignored her comments and continued to explain my frustrations and she told me I was yelling. I told her you’re not going to tell me how to talk, I’m not yelling. I’m frustrated, I apologize you feel I’m talking loudly but you cannot tell me how to talk. She said she wasn’t going to help me, or give me the new keys and walked away. I had to cause a huge scene in front of everyone, she called the police stating lies but I had it all recorded. She did all of that just to give my wife the new keys. Rhonda Wright does not deserve to be post master. This post office needs a new line of professionals. This post office needs to be more organized.
