Order 1st cooler and it didn't work so returned it. That took 3 weeks. Then ordered a 2nd and it came infested with roaches! We never had a problem with roaches until that cooler came. It looked brand new! But my boyfriend moved it and found a nest with babies, eggs and adults so they've been there! Also, they kept charging me on the wrong date and I couldn't change the charge date on the app and couldn't call anyone to have the charge date changed or ask about it. So, I was getting charged and getting dinged for overdraft fees. The whole reason for buying bottled water is to reduce waste of plastic, but screw it. I'll just pick it up myself. Less distribution in fossil fuel footprints anyways . They don't have customer service number on the app? And there's no chat help? Ive ended my membership but it's going take up 7 days for someone to get back to me? How is that customer service in this day and age? Y'all need to do better.

I want to have water delivered to so I sign up to have them deliver water they cancel my delivery 4 times not even getting my first delivery and they have a hold on my money after I cancel them cause they can’t even make a delivery and I about to seek legal action if they don’t return my money

Mario is the best! He comes through the office with a smile and great attitude every time he makes a delivery. He’s definitely a Highline Urban Lofts favorite!!

He very friendly and always smiling .. great person . But he keep forgetting to push our buttons to automatically open our doors , so he struggles and then he remembers.. we laugh about all the time .. he is great
