She explained everything to me extremely well. I was able to get exactly what I needed extremely fast. I had two booklets that she printed and put in a spiral and two glossy prints that I could put in a frame. I took everything in around 12 PM. She had everything done and printed for me by 3:30 PM.. Jessica did an outstanding job.
