After the experience I had earlier — driving an hour to return mail, losing my bank card in the process, and receiving a very dull, demanding call with no apology — your response brought a sense of relief and professionalism that I genuinely needed. This is the second time I’ve had issues with mail being misplaced or sent incorrectly, and it has made me question whether I can continue using the service long-term.   I have been coming to this PostNet location since it opened. It is extremely convenient, and the staff consistently provides prompt and friendly service upon arrival. I utilize their services several times a month for shipping and have also used their notary services. Recently, I visited to ship a package with a prepaid label and had questions regarding specific shipping requirements. Jessica took the time to carefully review the instructions with me and even provided the correct envelope at no charge when she noticed mine conflicted with the shipment requirements. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly, and I greatly appreciated her assistance.

  My husband and I love this PostNet. The team is ALWAYS so helpful and accommodating! I recently went in for a service and Jessica Mirando was amazing! She was so patient, attentive, and helped answer all of my questions. It’s people like her that make my family and I keep coming back to this location!!
