This place is the only place I go to sent packages. If I can’t find my receipt it’s on there computer. They are always helpful. This time I got Abby to help me and she was amazing.

I shipped my returned package here and the tracking information nevered showed any pick up by FedEx. My package was lost and Samsung did not accept the receipt from postnet since package was lost before it reached FedEx. Therefore I was out the cost of the phone and neither FedEx or Samsung considered a valid receipt the one from postnet as proof the package was sent. I will no longer ship expensive items from here.

Customer service was horrible. Walked in at 6:25 pm just to fax off some papers and was told they close at 6:30 and faces take a while. The fact they the two young ladies was worried about leaving and not serving the customer is crazy. Left and went across the street to The UPS Store.

I come to this PostNet when I need to make copies/ sometimes ship some things because it’s convenient for me. This will be the last time I come do to the manager that got really cocky, and irritated that I mis understood her and she made 4 xtra copies of my documents. She literally got angry because of this. I told her, I don’t think the owner would like to know you got irritated with a customer over making 4 xtra copies of (printer paper). Anyways it really caught me off guard and I was like are you really doing this right now. So needless to say I will not come back to this PostNet and go elsewhere. I hope the manager reads this and understands that ‘you should NEVER treat customers like she did me, and loose business over something so petty.
