The staff is consistently helpful, patient, and knowledgeable — they take the time to answer questions, explain shipping options, and make sure everything is packed and processed correctly. The store is clean, organized, and well-managed. Whether I’m shipping a package, printing documents, or picking up an order, the service is always fast and professional.   I visited this establishment to obtain scans for two documents. To my surprise, there was a requirement to prepay $5.00 for the requested scan. Seeking assistance, I approached the manager, Erika. Upon presenting my Square Cash card as payment, I was informed that prepaid cards, including mine, were not accepted. Expressing that the Square Cash card was my sole payment option, I inquired whether it was possible to proceed with the document scanning at the counter. Erika conveyed that if she were to facilitate the scanning process, an additional $2.50 fee would be incurred for converting the scans to black and white and sending them to my email. Perplexed by this additional charge, I questioned the rationale behind it. Despite having the necessary funds, I found myself in a situation where my payment method was not accepted, leading to the paradoxical scenario of being asked for more money while being unable to utilize the same card. When I requested clarification on the policy, Erika declined and walked away. Regrettably, this encounter marked one of the poorest customer service experiences I've encountered in recent memory, reminiscent of a similar incident at another FedEx location. This unfavorable experience, coupled with the evident rating trends, compels me to forgo any future visits to FedEx establishments. I am disheartened by the overall service quality and have decided to abstain from patronizing any FedEx locations moving forward. My advice is to consider alternative options and bypass this particular location altogether.

  Tiene un personal no capasitada envie hace 20 dias a mexico y resulta q no podia enviar calzado cosa q la persona vio q enviaria y no m dijo nada ahora yo tengo q pagar si quiero mi paquete de regreso pese a q ya avia pagado x enviarlo y no llego 😡😡😡😡
